I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about where they are headed in their lives or relationships. You may be noticing patterns that keep repeating, feeling overwhelmed by emotions, or questioning your sense of identity or direction. I believe there is meaning behind the areas we struggle, and that with curiosity, compassion, and support, healing and change are possible.
I bring a background in occupational therapy and a lifelong passion for mental health to my work. My approach is grounded in understanding how the nervous system shapes emotional responses, relationship dynamics, and patterns of connection. Together, we explore how past experiences, including trauma, major life transitions, or belief systems may be influencing present challenges, and how greater awareness can create space for clarity, resilience, and growth.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore what’s been keeping you from feeling grounded, connected, and fulfilled. In our work together, we focus on building practical tools for nervous system regulation, strengthening communication, and deepening relational satisfaction so you can show up more authentically in your life and relationships.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and an ally to all identities and relationship structures, including consensual non-monogamy. My goal is to support you in developing a stronger sense of empowerment, self-understanding, and confidence—helping you move toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and true to who you are.
