my story...

I am a wife, mother, and grandmother with a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. Over 25 years in the corporate world, I built strong teams and empowered individuals to find their voice, embrace their purpose, and recognize their value. These experiences inspired my work as a counselor, where I guide others through growth and change with compassion and resilience.

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but I believe every individual has the strength to heal and grow when supported in the right environment. I aim to provide an emotionally safe space where you feel valued and understood. You are the expert of your own life, and I am here to partner with you on your journey toward healing and transformation.

I offer individual and couples counseling for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. For couples, I focus on fostering healthy communication, trust, and emotional connection to help partners thrive together. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and strength-based techniques to provide practical tools and insights for overcoming obstacles and achieving your goals.

As a mother, I have a special passion for working with children, parents, and families. I understand that the parent-child relationship is key to mental and emotional well-being, and I strive to help families strengthen bonds and create thriving dynamics.

My personal experiences and education—including a Master’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Sociology, and ongoing studies in Mental Health Counseling—have shaped my understanding of the human journey and my commitment to this work.

If you’ve experienced trauma, high stress, or difficult transitions, and feel their impact on your daily life or relationships, know that you are not alone. Together, we can take meaningful steps toward healing, growth, and confidence. You matter, and your healing is my priority.
