In a forest setting, a smiling person stands between two trees, wearing a white shirt, black pants, and the person appears relaxed and happy.

my story...

For as long as I can remember, I’ve maintained a deep curiosity about human nature and what shapes the human condition. This curiosity led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Psychology at Arizona State University. It was there that my passion for therapy ignited, fueled by the profound impact it has on people’s lives. More recently, I’ve had the opportunity to further cultivate and enhance my therapeutic skills by pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University.

Through my training, I’ve learned the importance of employing diverse therapeutic approaches with equally diverse individuals. Together, we will collaborate to pinpoint and personalize an approach that suits you best while incorporating approaches like Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Ultimately, I am guided by the ideal of creating a safe haven where individuals can truly be themselves, embraced with honesty, empathy, and genuine appreciation. Through my work, I look to help adolescents, adults, and couples lead lives rich with purpose and authenticity while navigating challenges such as life transitions, relationship complexities, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Whether you’re contemplating change or simply seeking a supportive presence beyond your immediate circle, having someone who listens deeply and stands by you can make a world of difference.
